About the Maker

What started as a love of science fiction, gaming, and building cool things has grown into Cosplay Cantina.

As a graphic artist in the 1990s, I dreamed about a future where digital 3D models could become real-world objects. Decades later, that dream became reality when I bought my first 3D printer during the pandemic. After printing practical items, bike parts, and other experiments, my first completed prop was an IB-94 Mandalorian-style blaster—and I was hooked.

Since then, I’ve spent countless hours refining 3D printing techniques, testing finishes, and improving prop designs to create high-quality, screen-accurate replicas for fellow fans. In 2025, after Etsy decided my blasters looked a little too convincing for their comfort, I launched Cosplay Cantina and never looked back.

Today, every item is printed, finished, and shipped by me—a one-person shop based in Colorado. I’m a disabled veteran, husband, and proud father to a Mandalorian foundling. When you order from Cosplay Cantina, you’re supporting a small family business built on creativity, craftsmanship, and a lifelong passion for bringing science fiction to life.

This is the way.
